How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Items that ship from a US warehouse then take 2–5 business days (about 3–8 in total). Items from our overseas partner warehouse take 7–15 business days (about 8–18 in total). Each product page shows where it ships from.

How do I track my order?

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?

Items can ship from different warehouses. Each package has its own tracking number, and there is never an extra charge.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email us your order number as soon as possible.

What if my order is delayed?

If we can’t ship within the processing time shown, we email you a new estimated date and you can cancel for a full refund.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at the moment. We ship to addresses in the United States only. For APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes or US territories, please contact us before ordering.

Returns & refunds

What if my item arrives damaged, defective or wrong?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you do not need to send the item back.

Can I return something if I change my mind?

We are unable to accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns, so please check sizes and details before ordering. If you are unsure, ask us first.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds go back to your original payment method once approved. Your bank or PayPal usually shows them within 5–10 business days.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards (processed securely by Stripe) and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars.

Is it safe to shop here?

Yes. Our checkout is encrypted (HTTPS), and card details go directly to Stripe or PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
