- 30-day guarantee: if an item arrives damaged, defective, wrong, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or a full refund.
- Easy proof: a photo or short video of the problem and your order number is all we need.
- Nothing to send back: you do not need to return the item.
- Refund timing: refunds go to your original payment method; your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days after approval.
- Lost packages: if your order has not arrived 10 business days after the latest delivery estimate, we replace it or refund you.
- Cancellations: free any time before the order ships.
- Change of mind: we cannot accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns.
